FREE Family Friendly ART Workshop | Stretford Street Art Club

We’d like to help as many people possible to get involved in our last ever window exhibition so are hosting a FREE *family friendly art session at Stretford Public Hall 17th July 1- 4pm.

We will be exploring print, repeate & surface pattern design & collectively playing a giant version of HEAD BODY LEGS - using your artwork & reverse collage technique to generate a stunning display. There will be something for all ages and abilities - the session is great for kids but also highly recomended for aldults who want to experiement and make a mess without the cleaning up to do after!

We will be trying out the idea of an ART SWAP BOX at the event - if you have any unwanted (must be in good condition/usable - no sharp objects) art materials please bring them along to the event. The Art Swap Box materials will be FREE for families to take/swap in preparation for the summer holidays!

We LOVE fancy dress here at SSAC so welcome you to come in FANCY DRESS to the session.

Registering for this event helps us plan numbers in advance, we don’t want to run out of paper and pens :) 

This workshop is hosted on a voluntary basis by Stretford based SSAC founder Becky de Lacy (Fashion Design Educator), Artist Molly Major, Graphic Designer Elizabeth Newell & Interiors Guru Estelle Bilson.

All materials and equipment will be provided.

*Please note children must be accompanied by an adult.
